You choose a free time and book it in the app. At the studio you unlock the door with your QR code, step onto the reformer, and a video takes you through the exercises one at a time. Nobody is waiting, nobody is watching.
In a guided class you learn the movements and an instructor corrects you. On-demand is what you do in between: the same exercises, at your own pace, with no timetable to fit.

No. You do not need to be fit or have any prior experience. The video guide walks you through every exercise, step by step.
With your personal QR code in the Reformer Infinity app. The code lives in the app permanently and is always available, so you do not get a new one for each booking: just hold it up to the scanner at the entrance.
It depends on the package: each one shows its own validity period alongside it.
Yes, you can cancel up to 12 hours before your session starts.
Comfortable clothing and non-slip socks. We provide towels and equipment at the studio.
